My first post on my new blog

Hi pplz! I hope this finds you well.  I'd just like to say a few things about my blog before I get started.  What this blog is all about is writing.  Within this little niche of the web will be posted some of my various stabs at literature.  I'm hoping for it to become my own little portfolio for when I become a real writer.  So my following posts will hopefully be a veritable potpurri of different short stories and poetry by yours truly.  I hope if I get any followers that you will enjoy my works.  Also, as an added bonus, I invite anyone who is interested to post their own works on here so that we may discuss the finer points of writing together.  To my future followers I wish you all the best of luck and God bless!
